Todd joins the JVI team after over 25 years of serving in the local church. He has planted and been lead pastor at several congregations, and has lived and worked in Romania, Kenya, and the UK. Throughout his career Todd has had a special concern for justice issues, domestically and internationally. He has served on the board of the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic in Indianapolis, where his wife Angelin is an attorney serving refugee and asylum seekers. The churches Todd has led have had strong partnerships in India and Nepal, and he has been able to travel to and serve in this part of the world on numerous occasions.  Todd received his BA from Indiana University (Indianapolis) and MDiv from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
