Fifth-generation bonded laborer enjoying sustained freedom​

Suresh Manjhi and his wife, Rajiya Devi were freed from multigenerational agricultural slavery along with 159 others. Today, they are experiencing sustained freedom including decent jobs, education for their children, new financial assets, and a safer community where their rights are respected.
