Shop for Freedom Volunteers

Shop For Freedom

Many volunteers support Justice Ventures International, which was most evident this holiday season, through the Shop for Freedom campaign. Over 25 volunteers hosted Freedom Gatherings in different homes and dorm rooms.  Freeset bags, t-shirts and Starfish jewelry were sold to offer hope to the thousands vulnerable to sex trafficking in India and China. We had over 20 Freedom Gatherings, just in the month of November, in California, Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey. There are several Gatherings still planned in December and with your efforts we hope to raise the number of Gatherings/Events in the year ahead.

During these Freedom Gatherings, our volunteers not only sell the merchandise but also create awareness by showing videos, as well as sharing facts and stories about the freedom, justice and restoration of many women who are given an alternative sustainable income. These women are otherwise forced or pressured to enter the sex trade to support their families.

Would you like to be a part of this movement? Would you consider hosting a Freedom Gathering before year’s end or sometime in 2014?

We appreciate every time our volunteers share about the freedom that belongs to every person and the work JVI is doing in partnership with Starfish Project and Freeset to sustain that freedom.  Email us at to receive more information.

Don’t forget, it is not too late to buy gifts for your family and friends this Christmas!  Just visit our website at to shop, find videos and learn more about JVI.
